Canon has announced the latest camera in its Powershot range, the
Canon Powershot G1X, which features a 1.5 inch 14.3 megapixel CMOS
sensor, which is apparently the largest sensor that Canon has used in
their Powershot range.
The Canon Powershot G1x features an ISO range up to 12800, and a 4x
optical zoom lens with an aperture of f/2.8 to f/16, and it is capable
of recording full high definition video in 1080p.
It also features a 3 inch variable angle LCD display with a 922,000
dots resolution, it will go on sale in the US next month for $799.99.
