Apple And Samsung Return To Court Today

Apple and Samsung have been battling it out in court for some time now, Apple were awarded $1 Billion in damages from Samsung back in August, and the two companies return to court today.

Apple are trying to get their damaged increased to $1.5 billion US dollars and Samsung are trying to have the damaged awarded overturned, Apple is looking to get a number of Samsung devices banned in the US.

It will be interesting to see what happens in this new court case, whether Apple are awarded more damages from Samsung, or whether Samsung managed to get the massive damages overturned.
