The other day Asus announced that they would be releasing the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for the original Transformer TF101 tablet, after today, the 12th of January, although we didn’t have any idea of when the update would arrive.
Now
according to the guys over at Android Police,
the original Transformer
TF101 tablet will get the Android 4.0 update at the start of February
2012.
The
new comes direct from Asus Singapore, who posted om their Facebook page
that the update would be rolled out today, and then retracted the
statement saying they had made a mistake and that the update would be at
the end of January.
Asus has subsequently revealed to Android
Police that the update will be rolled out to North America and Taiwan at
the start of February 2012.
