We know that RIM is working on devices that will run the next version
of their mobile OS, BlackBerry 10, and according to a recent report by
the guys from N4BB, RIM will launch their first BlackBerry 10 smartphone in October.
RIM has already said that they will launch their first BlackBerry 10
device in
the second half of 2012, and according to the report RIM will
actually announce their first BlackBerry 10 handset around the middle of
August.
The device will then go on sale some time before the middle of
October 2012, and it is reported to feature a touchscreen and no
physical keyboard, the first BlackBerry 10 device with a physical
keyboard is expected to be released in the first quarter of 2013.
As soon as we get some more information on the first BlackBerry 10
smartphone along with full specifications and confirmation of an actual
release date we will let you guys know.
